Mystery Movie Night




Some of the ladies from Little Sutton Sapphires enjoyed an evening out in Chester at Mystery Movies from HushHush Events

The film was the Great Gatsby and was shown at St Mary's Chuch near the casstle and was in aid of Chester Women's Aid

Officers of Little Sutton Sapphires WI attended the Autumn federation meeting for Cheshire at Winsford today (3rd October 2017) Super event and we had our picture taken with John McCarthy who was guest speaker for the day! One of the Sapphire members also found a picture taken from the Cheshire Federation page where she asked members to find a Sapphire in the audience.

Sapphires 2019

Well we had our first meeting at the new venue and although it was hectic and it felt we were all running around like a chicken with it's head cut off it went well. Our Speaker for the night was Sue Wood who is a milliner/Hatter and as she describes it makes "more than just a fascinator", sue told us about her dream to make hats for a living and in 2010 she started the first step towards that. Members wore hats for the night and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Onward and upward for 2019
